Meet Dr. Adam Greenberg. He is a licensed Doctor of Chiropractic who graduated Magna Cum Lade from Southern California University of Health Sciences in 2021. Dr. Greenberg was born and raised in San Diego, California. From a young age, he was inspired by his father who was a Medical Doctor specializing in Sports Medicine Care. Their bond influenced Dr. Greenberg’s understanding of kinesiology which had a great impact on his athletic career including soccer, baseball, and football. Dr. Greenberg attended San Diego State University in 2008 where he received his associates in Health Sciences and Fire Sciences.

In 2010, Dr. Greenberg started his 7-year career as a Wildland Firefighter and Emergency Medical Technician [EMT] on an Interagency Hotshot Crew battling large wildfires across the country. Dr. Greenberg would see a chiropractor regularly after long fire assignments to optimize his recovery & health. His favorite part about being a Chiropractor is building strong relationships with his patients to explore the root cause of their pain and construct a custom health care program for his patients. In his free time Dr. Greenberg enjoys snowboarding, motocross, backpacking to remote alpine lakes, and live stand-up comedy.

Meet Dr. Jenna Swaffer. She is a licensed Doctor of Chiropractic who graduated Magnum Cum Lade from Southern California University of Health Sciences in 2021. Dr. Jenna received her bachelor’s degree in exercise science the year of 2016 in Lake Wales, Florida where she also played collegiate indoor and sand volleyball. Dr. Jenna has always had a passion for health and fitness which has driven her to approach chiropractic with a sports medicine mindset.

Her personal experience in athletics has given her a deep understanding of body biomechanics and rehabilitative processes. She enjoys working closely with her patients to help them gain a better understanding of their anatomy and how to most effectively accelerate performance and resolve injuries. Through her clinical rotations, Dr. Jenna also worked with prenatal and pediatric specialists and is eager to help patients of all ages and needs.

Shelby Gonzales

Meet Shelby, our Office Manager and friendly face that keeps everything running smoothly. Born and raised in a small town in East Texas, Shelby brings true southern hospitality to the office making sure every patient feels welcome, cared for, and right at home.

Her Passion for health and wellness goes beyond the office. As a dedicated Pilates instructor, she loves helping others build strength, confidence, and balance in their everyday lives. This same dedication carries over to her work.

She ensures that every patient's experience is as seamless and enjoyable as possible. When Shelby is not managing the practice, Shelby enjoys strength training, soaking up the sun at the beach, and finding new ways to stay active. She believes that movement is medicine and loves sharing that energy with those around her. Shelby is excited to welcome you to Hand Crafted Chiropractic and looks forward to making your visit the best part of your day!
